Hi, Could anyone tell me if it's okay to use a wrist blood pressure monitor if you have got a Pacemaker, and are the results still accurate.

They still take BP after fitting a pacemaker so I see no problem there. Wrist monitors can be inaccurate particularly in the over forties so I would recommend one that uses the upper arm.

After being fitted with a pacemaker some people find their BP goes down because of the more regular heart beat.

Hi. I have a pacemaker had one for 18 years and I use my wrist BP monitor daily. I have compared it with an arm one and results pretty much same so have confidence in using it.
