I have had a heart attack and 2 stents two weeks ago and 40 percent Reflux. I am allergic to cats

I have had a heart attack and 2 stents two weeks ago and 40 percent Reflux. I am allergic to cats but not much to my sister cat. Can I go near it or will I spark of another heart attack or put strain on my heart ?

In all honesty you have asked a question that no one here can answer. When someone mentions an allergic reaction, it could be anything from a simple sneeze to death (as on the news yesterday). Although I am sure this does not apply to you some people’s allergies are intolerances (a certain food may cause indigestion and nothing more) or dislikes. If you are concerned run it by your GP. What I would advise is not to self-medicate with over the counter medications. I brought some antihistamines and they gave me palpitations – not what us hearties want!
