Once the heatwave broke I have felt that surely but steadily I am moving forward On occasional days I have been quite tired but usually that is a sign I had overdone things the day before.
Last night about 10:00 I started feeling a bit (what I can only describe as) weird .The feeling was similar to the one I had back in May when I collapsed and the paramedics had to attend. This gave me a feeling of panic (is it a heart issue?) but 15 minutes later I lost my supper. Nothing unusual in the supper: chicken breast with a few new potatoes and a mix of green veg (something I have prepared numerous times before). This was followed by a disturbed night with frequent bouts of nausea. Today I feel exhausted and washed out so doubt I will walk very far at all.
The chicken was part of a pack the rest of which is frozen. I am tempted to throw the rest - no proof but do I want to risk it (my blood sugars are only settling now).
I suppose that if you start to feel unwell the first thought will always be your heart if you have a heart history!

Oh poor you Michael. It's never good when you get ill out of the blue. I'd dump the chicken to be on the safe side. Hope you feel better soon. Don't take any risks as you say to others. Get yourself checked out. Good luck my friend
Could be a bug - I said goodbye to my lunch last Saturday (only toast cheese and fruit) and then felt grotty for 48 hours. Take things easy until you feel better and I'd probably chuck the chicken just in case. Best wishes!
I’m thinking a bug - based solely on the fact that my wife had the same ‘event’ last week. It lasted about 24 hours. Hopefully you are feeling a lot better now.
I am feeling somewhat better today but still quite tired and not much appetite. Today I have had Weetabix with milk and some fruit for breakfast. Yesterday I only managed a few slices of toast and a lightly scrambled egg. I took in plenty of fluids as I felt quite dehydrated.
Food poisoning or bug who knows but the chicken has been binned!
Oh no Michael not something you want to have. I remember feeling like that in the summer weather (it has been very hot and humid today), felt sick, dizzy and generally unwell. It was may be a bug or had I been overdoing it in the garden. its understandable that you think of your hear first as that is foremost in your mind. Are you keeping hydrated? I've also reduced Bisoprolol from 3.75 to 2.50 recently and feel much more 'with it', trying to reduce further if I can. Its still early days for you so try and stay positive. Best wishes xx
