Very Confuse.

Do anyone take antidepressants and beta blockers? I'm very depress with severe anxiety my doctor prescribed me lexapro and I already take a beta blocker for tachycardia which my cardiologist maybe switching me to cartia xt I'm very confuse and scared just dont want as my problems can anyone help?

Hi Myablu. I am on beta blockers amongst other things for my heart and am on quite a high dose of citalopram for stress and depression. I am finding things are getting easier very slowly although it all seemed unbearable at first. I found the BHF help line invaluable. I. They are worth their weight in gold. Take care. Myrtle.

Dr took me of beta blocker because it was making me severely depressed. Depression left after I stopped it.

It is known that when someone is diagnosed with a chronic illness they suffer with anxiety, personally l think its that venture into the unknown with an unknown outcome. There is also low level use of these depression pils for pain relief to stop the use of opioids, so you need to be clear what you are taking them for

I been seeing a counselor for 8 months just switch to another one and still no improvement. My depression is horrible at one point they felt I should be admitted in mental hospital to get stabalize but then they felt i should start medication i know i need help just scared. Want life back.
