Bisoprolol / soluble aspirin Omg hot / cold flushes, feeling sick

9days in taking these meds is it still normal to be having these side effects? Any advice appreciated

Have been on Bisoprolol for two months Hot flushing I do still have especially when having palpitations.I do have times of feeling sick also Not certain it's the tablets am asking my gp on 20th as not got my hospital appointment through yet

I've been on Bisopralol since the end of April. Hot flushes, dizzy spells, blurred vision, nausea, heartburn, pains in legs and weight gain so far. I'm hoping that's everything I've never had so many side effects from one drug

Ask to change to another beta blocker. I was on bisoprolol and had similar problems. I am now on carvedilol. Still get dizzy but that's because it lowers my blood pressure too much and I always have cold feet and sometimes hands too but it is a much kinder beta blocker

I would have a word with your GP, there are other meds they can try. Not everyone gets on with all drugs, hence the long lists of potential side-effects. If you can’t get in to see your GP very easily, speak to your pharmacist, mine is very good and has suggested alternative drugs in the past to mention when I did get to see my GP.

You should speak to your GP about issues with your medication. It's his/her job, after all.
