Holiday insurance

Hi, My husband aged 42 had a heart attack and then surgery (a stent I think) on Friday. He is out of hospital now and hopefully on the way to a full recovery. We are booked to go to Florida in 67 days time and I’m worried about getting the extra insurance for him? Does anyone have any advice?

Hi Rachel, my hubby had HA Oct 2016 and had four stents inserted. We booked a long haul holiday yesterday and went looking for travel insurance. Ended up with cover with the Post Office, we both have other health problems and it gave very good cover for a good price. There are loads of posts on here for travel insurance so you will get loads of replies.
