Blood tests show that I am slightly anaemic and really need to boost my iron levels. Liver is a good source but I was advised no more than twice a month because of the fat content. All my life I have believed that a bottle of Guinness is a good source but hat turns out to be a myth. When I was in the supermarket this morning I saw Sanatogen Tonic Wine with Added Iro/. However, there was no indication of how much iron. Does anybody know? Or is it just a trace like Guinness?

Take iron tablets

Hi Michael, pretty sure it's going to be minimal as gal4god has suggested iron tablets, perhaps washed down with the Sanatogen!
