I’m a Aussie born in the uk and moving home soon but in the same position as I have a heart condition but my friend works in insurance so letting him deal wiv my insurance for the one way trip/ holiday as we are making it a holiday as my cardiologist says I can onli travel 9 hours on a plane at a time so spending a bit of time in different places on the way.
