Black seed oil

Hi has anybody on here used black seed oil ?

I have been reading about it and it’s benefits , which one , is dramatically lowering cholesterol.

I have ordered some , and wondered has anybody had any experiences with it ...

Never heard that one but have had 'spam' style e-mails claiming it cures virtually everything so I am dubious!

Hi, I have seen some research which suggests it does have an effect, however the ones I have seen have had limited participation, only 86 people in one, the other was not on humans. Again I have also seen others where its claimed it cures anything from the common cold to AIDS, I will wait for more information

Don't know about that one...

However my consultant told me that raw honey has been proven to protect the heart and on some cases has been seen to repair the heart. This cannot be the processed honey in the shops but raw honey from a bee keeper or local farm shops that may sell it.

So I have found a local beekeeper and now have a teaspoonful a day. The other thing to be aware if is not to heat the honey up or put on boiling food... as this destroys the healthy healing properties. However you can put in warm food.... so I tend to have in my warm porridge in the mornings 😁
