Pleased to report that mammogram was bearable, in fact a lot less painful than when last taken, barely 2 years post CABG.

Thence to GP. Heart rate better, but alas, BP still on the high side. I'm to return to see doctor for a medication review....treated myself to home made soup for lunch in local café & walked back home uphill. Results from recent blood tests not back to surgery yet.....fingers crossed on all fronts - literally !.

Glad you posted this as it is something I have been thinking about. I don't think I'll be called up yet but would refuse until I felt comfortable with my scar. I have never had trouble with my mammograms except they are a bit uncomfortable and just hope they continue that way.
