Nail psoriasis:(

Has anyone improved their nail psoriasis? I used to have it on my fingers but that has improved. However, some of my finger nails have onycholysis and a few of my toe nails have subungual hyperkeratosis. Has anyone found a treatment to improve this (especially the subungual hk)? UV therapy didn't help with my nails.

I can’t grow nails because of the psoriasis’s my only suggestion is to keep them short so they don’t look to rough and maybe try some heavy duty creams that you can slather on nails and put cotton gloves over them to soften them up a bit.
