Nail psoriasis?

Wondering if anyone else’s nails look like this. My dermatologist says it’s nail psoriasis. I have started Skyrizi, but I’m not seeing any positive changes. Could it be attributed to something else?

My nails looked the same. Started on biologics (Humira & kater Enbrel) took the worst of it on finger nails. My toe nails are more stubborn to change but slightly improved. My derma said nails are always very slow to progress to better, despite medication. Sorry.. but I hope it will change for you eventually.💞

My finger nails looks like that and none of the biologics I have been on worked to fix them.. I keep them short or they grow defective.

Mine are worse than that. Lifting, ridging, and even falling off when my flare up is bad. There isn't a cure, unfortunately. Although PUVA treatment helped them (they haven't fallen off in a while).

My toenails are like this. My fingernails just have pitting. I have PsA and am on Sekucinumab and methotrexate and though they're great for my joint and spine disease, my nails stay the same. Sorry I can't say anything more encouraging but I would advise keeping your nails shorter if you have onycholysis because if they catch on anything they can rip off quite easily. I've found this to my cost with my toenails.
