I have been having reflexology which helps with stress.Which to me is a trigger. Also warm baths with dead sea salts. Oh and sunshine, good for skin that is usually hidden away.

Dead Sea baths never being to the real one thou.

Sun think everyone one knows about that one is good for you but last but least it’s a strange one.

when I was pregnant with my sons both times my psoriasis disappeared.

So it looks like oestrogen could be a good thing. Has anyone ever tried oestrogen or estriol cream 🤔?

Try not to itch places

Try to find out about the condition you havr difficult i know.

Don't drink to much alcohol, makes me flare.
