Hi - I’ve just downloaded this app and the NHS 12 week weight loss plan as I’ve been to the nurse today and she said that as I have a BMI of 33, if I do not lose weight in 3 months they will not give me the contraceptive pill. At the moment I exercise regularly, walk about 5 miles a day and eat fairly healthily as I don’t eat dairy and my mum cooks vegetarian meals so don’t eat a lot of meat. I’m not really sure why I’m overweight but I really need to lose a couple of stone. Feeling very overwhelmed and scared about this because I don’t want to fail, I need to lose weight to stay on the pill!
