I have always been large from when I hit my teens, a long time ago.
I had a phone call on Tuesday from GP based pharmacist with blood test results. All normal but she said chlolestoral was 5.5 which is to high and I need to try and lower it. She said for my age, blood pressure etc I have a 10% chance of having a heart attack.
I walk twice a day with my dog, I have been going to different gyms for several years. I can't do loads because I have Osteo arthritis in my spine. Knees, hip and foot.
So I will try.
