Hi everyone - I'm new, and found myself here from the Couch to 5k forum. I'm between a size 18/20 (more 20 if I'm being totally honest) and on a body-positive health journey.
After years of weight-watchers, slimming world etc, I've decided I'm tired of deprivation, shame & the diet industry. So I'm finding my own path to get stronger, fitter & healthier - both physically and mentally.
Thanks!

Good for you!! I very much recommend you to watch a documentary called "Hungry for change" I wish I had seen that when I was in my 20s. I specially love Jon Gabriel approach. It is about self love, treating your body well, nourishing your body and your body will be so grateful it will start transforming itself to merge with the person you really are. It is also worth to bear in mind that often, that weight that stays or come back over and over no matter what you do, is responding to psychological fears or trauma. Happy journey to that best version of yourself. Take care.
