So I am on a fitness journey and adapting to this as a lifestyle. 6 months so far and down 25 pounds. It's been a processes. I have about 6-8 more to go. I get so hard on myself. I used to suffer from an eating disorder and body dismorphofa (spelling*). I usually work out 6 days a week but this week is gonna be five due to my period coming plus I'm coloring my hair right now and it's hard to workout after a fresh color. Anyways I just get anxious I'm going to mess myself up. But I really know I am not. Does anyone else get like this?
