My friend decided it was time to go.

A forty-five-year-old person should see a better road ahead than focusing on the torn-up one behind. But this is what Kam chose to do. He couldn't see forward because he kept looking back to make sure his demons were not catching up to him.

A month ago, he ended the race.

Good rest, my friend.

I'm sorry to hear that, but some folk can't get past their past traumas and look forward.

I wish him good rest.

Cheers, Midori
