Hi Everyone

If you haven't heard or seen a programme with Richard Cole, tonight is your opportunity.

Don't be put off because he is Reverend, he's a writer and he's also been on tv many times, I really love to listen to him and he has experienced personal grief himself.

Channel 4 10pm -11.05pm

Good Grief with Rev Richard Cole

I did manage to watch it eventually. Interesting program. I think they hit the nail on the head with distraction distraction distraction. When my daughter died I took up disco dancing it was fun utterly exhausting & there was absolutely no chance of thinking of anything other than what move comes next.
