Just when you feel you're fog is clearing, up it pops again. This does seems to happen a few times during grief, the old saying one step forward and two back but we get through and so will you.

Sending love and support

I'm struggling with the thought of Christmas ahead, it was always a family time and my mum organised everything.My daughter can't think of it without crying.

Hi Sandradsn

I empathise, it's a very difficult to think about isn't it?

It's not the same but over the years I've tried to do things differently, it helps but it's hard. Christmas is going to be very different anyway with Covid lurking but that's another post.{{{sending love}}}
