But forget about the bad or very bad times we've experienced with those we loved and lost.

I'm mighty glad that is the case for me, but every now and then something pops into my mind that I'd rather it hadn't!

How about you?

most times have been hard with my son as you know very few memories due to my ex.with my mum and dad it was always hard but my mum loved me looked out for me and tried despite her problems and that means more than anything.with my dad we had little to none good memories although when really young he would always take half the street up the hills to swim.

Thanks for sharing Kenny kenster1

Your post feels very familiar to me, such a shame this happens to some of us.

I do hope you are feeling a little better Kenny<3

Mmm... At the end of my counselling, i was advised to think about the good times and not to dwell on the bad times. As a carer, deputy and appointee i was faced with a stream of bad and not so good thing. Fortunately i remember many as the latter rather than the former.
