Have you made and carried out?

It doesn't have to be huge, little things mean a lot!

I promised myself I'd be less stressed hmm.... not sure it's working.

To me it's learning to leave the past in the past where it belongs so the past influences me in a positive manner and I don't let history repeat itself.

It helps too think about the good things in life.

That's so encouraging to know Hidden

You must be of a strong disposition and I agree, if you can do this, so much the better. So many of us are 'haunted' by the past and what if's that it can be nigh on impossible to move forward.

Thank you Jerry

Hi Chloe we all are to a degree and something I found really effective was to look over my shoulder when I was locked into relieving the past and think well where is it? And it's gone.

It's learning to break the cycle as we are creatures off habit and our thinking needs to be kept under control. So it's learning to break a never ending loop and force ourselves to think of something else to do this.

I find being busy makes me concentrate on what I'm doing so I become absorbed and haven't got time to ruminate.

Good luck and the worst thing we can do is be hard on ourselves...😊

Thanks Hidden

I agree, keeping busy and being involved is the best way through grief, we just need some motivation to begin the process, and that doesn't always come easily.
