I'd really like to gauge members feelings...

After 6months, 12months, 18 months, 2years and so on. I think it will be so helpful to those who use our forum. If you can help, please do post, we'd love to hear from you, thank you.

For me, 6 months was the bottom of a slippery slope i never knew i was on until i got to the bottom marked by 5 weeks of counselling, then slow climb for another 6 months when i could look back and see where i'd come from. Year 2 - a harder climb, looking back at that year was the first anniversaries. First 4 months of year 3 feels a little like familiar territory so maybe a little easier. But be warned imprecise language.

Hi Chloe, year one I seemed to manage my grief. Year 2 hit me much harder, I hit rock bottom and this continued into year 3. As year 4 approaches I am starting to live again and have more good days. A promising sign,
