Hi Nabi;
Nervous system complications of Behcet's disease to take B vitamins to alleviate symptoms and have to keep a very strong spiritual direction;

Nabin - I have experienced something similar and on MRI it was found to be cervical spondylosis and maybe nothing to do with my Behcet's at all (although it could be!). It took the medics ages to diagnose it.
Cervical spondylosis is like an arthritis in the neck and mainly comes on with age - which of course doesn't apply to you! However, numbness and pins and needles in the hand are one of the symptoms because the nerve gets trapped in the between the vertebrae.
Obviously, this is not medical advice, it is simply my experience and you should, of course, be guided by your doctors!

Nabin, Devonshire has good experience there. I just mention that we were able to get second opinion on diagnosis in neurosurgery by requesting and paying for the MRI scan on disk (UK cost £15) to take to another neurosurgeon for assessment. It sounds like a spine and back therapy specialist like a chiropractioner or osteopath might know more about relieving your hand problem, if you can find one.
Do you think it is a neurological problem or has a neurologist told you that? It seems odd if you have been told you have a neurological problem but they can't diagnose it.
I agree with the others, it may not be neurological, it may not be BD. It's worth getting another opinion if you can. If you have access to a Physiotherapist that might help too. I have had numbness in my arm and hand. As I also had neurological problems everyone thought it must be that, but no-one seemed able to resolve it. Eventually a Physiotherapist was able to sort that out for me, it was a trapped nerve in my shoulder An Osteopath or Chiropractor could also help as recommended above. The difference between those for me personally is that I didn't have to pay for Physio.
