Hi,
Aza is an immune suppressing drug that has been used for a long time in the treatment of diseases like Rheumatoid Arthritis. It is not very strong in its action compared to other immune suppressing drugs but it is also relatively safe and many people with other types of vasculitis have been on it for years. It does not suit everyone. A few people lack a particular enzyme so they can't cope with Aza.
