I need breakfast/lunch/dinner inspiration for when I have several ulcers in my mouth and have to used topical medication to numb the pain. My go to's are soft foods and creamy foods, but any specific meals you typically lean on when having a mouth flare would be really helpful
Any recommendations welcome! (I am pescetarian)]
Thank you!

Hi I try keep with my normal diet as possible. When I find that I have severe oral ulcers I try soft oats or have a healthy soup so that you get all your nutrients.
For me I refrain from high acid fruit (mainly raw), especially tomatoes, and tomato based sauces (raw and cooked). Sugary foods, chocolate, anything fizzy is also out, not that I eat much of these since these type of things seem to encourage ulcers for me.Oats seem to work well and blander food in general. Soups, stews, casseroles, bananas, yoghurt. Egg based dishes like scrambled, omelettes, variations of frittatas. Jacket potatoes, Sweet potatoes.
I personally do not eat a lot of refined carbohydrates but if I am bad with ulcers I will eat pasta based dishes, soft bread and pastry.
