I have relatively mild behcets syndrome (frequent mouth ulcers, joint swelling are the main symptoms but there have been periods where i have been unable to walk)
Has anyone UK based living with the disease been able to claim Personal Independence Payment? I'm quite tired of having to pay for my prescriptions/medicine, especially as I am not on a huge salary.
I have seen a dermatologist and rheumatologist which I think could help my case, and also am being referred to an oral health specialist
Any advice would be welcome, thanks!

Do you attend a CoE? .If so ask the support worker to ask for a letter of support from the Rheumatologist and herself. Whenever I go for my appointments they always ask if I need any benefits help, I haven't but I know if I needed it they would be there for me, hope his helps.
