Anyone taking Qulipta for chronic migraine and finding some relief with Behçet's gi issues?

Hi. I was prescribed Qulipta for chronic migraine last June, and have been taking it since then. A sideeffect has been pretty severe constipation, which can be problematic in its own right. However, I'm finding that that my usual severe gi pain is much less, and even during flares the pain is more manageable and break through diahrrea is only once or twice a day. Other symptoms ( erythema nodosum, severe fatigue, arthritis, etc) continue. I can't be the only one experiencing this. Has anyone else had the opportunity to take this med and have relief of sorts with their Behçet's symptoms?. As a side note, it isn't as useful for the migraines as it is for my gi issues, unfortunately.....

Whether it is meds or diet, constipation is the worst. This happens to be my specialty as I have a paralyzed stomach ...meaning it doesn't contract. It took three years to figure this out. I'm not suggesting this is your issues, but now I know why I was going 10-20 times a day with small pellets. blah! Fiber isn't always the answer. I learned that fruit fiber skins or nuts can actually get stuck like a hair ball in the belly. Here is my daily regiment.

1-one cup of coffee and one cup of decaf; 40 additional ounces of fluid over a few hours

2 - smoothie with protein shake mix and fruit blended for no issues. This alone probably has 20 grams of fiber in a day and with a few ice cubes tastes like a milkshake.

3-Three solace a day. Doctor says really can't take too much.

4-Milk of Mag saves the day every time for constipation. I try to wait one day to see if it'll move, then I just wake up and take it on an empty stomach. With the amount of fluids mention above, milk of mag works quickly. I am usually done within 4 hours and it's safe.

I am going to try a new med next week called Lizness (taking some prescription samples). Take a google of it. It is like taking MiraLAX but a little stronger. It draw water like Milk of Mag but not to extent....if that makes sense. I know it is awful. Hang in there. If that med helps, I'll let you know.
