Was someone with behcet disease vaccinated for covid 19?

Hi! I’ve had the first Pfizer vaccine back in early December right after it came out. I’ve had Bechets for approx 6 years and am a doc working in a hospital, hence why I got one so early. I was a bit sore the next day and had a fever but was totally fine after that.

I inject 40 mg Humira every 21 days and take daily 1 mg colchicine. Plus aspirin cardio, magnesium and calcium. My main BD symptom is uveitis.

Not to put you on the spot- but very grateful for any insight - does my medication sound compatible with Covid vaccine?

Hi!

There is a very recent post on this community from the Behcets Centre regarding vaccines. I think they are encouraging most people to have it. It would be worth talking to your own doc though as I don’t know your whole situation and not really appropriate for me to give out medical advice on the internet .
