Happy Thanksgiving from the States. I’m thankful for family and friends and a Savior who became like us so that through him we might become more like Him. I’m thankful that today while trying to pair wines with smoked turkey I saw a friend who asked about Behçet’s. Right there in the Gewürtztraminer area he began to pray for me. When I turned away to leave an employee of the liquor store told me she wanted to get in line for prayer. 😃 Thankful for my friends who show up at just the right time and support groups like this one.

Spent a couple of years in the States, back in 1978/9 with my family, in Fort Benning, Columbus, GA and we thoroughly enjoyed both Thanksgiving Days, together with the friendly company amongst friends with whom we still keep in touch.
