Otezla

Has anyone tried otezla ? I am going to start it soon and would love to know what symptoms it helped with.

I have not. It is next on the list if Humera fails. I hope you find it gives you relief

I did. It helped immensely with mouth sores. However, it caused severe diarrhea and intensified my migraine issues. Since it only helped my mouth sores and not any of my other issues I stopped it. I went back on azathioprine to give it another try. It’s not helping though, so I’m now going to try remicade. I hope otezla works for you....

It did quite a bit for my joints. Like a good 60 percent reduction which was worth every bit. I had horrible headaches and diarrhea when it started. But it passes. Any sores, which were minimal that I had are completely taken care of. Good luck.

Yes more so than mouth.
