Hi everyone, this behcet is breaking me down, it's not easy for me to bear, I feel everyone of you, here is what I do, I'm always on colchicine, but I don't have insurance so, I take fruit, like strawberry , cut it and add honey to it,eat it it's help great, also I drink Apple cider vinegar half a cup,add 2 teaspoon to half glass of warm water, I didn't take flu shot or colchicine for 4 months now, because I don't have money to pay for my medications, use what you can afford, it's helpful. I wish all of you well.

Sending well wishes your way. I know how you feel. We have very little money at the moment, and finding a way to take care of your symptoms + find relief from the daily pain is no easy task (especially when you're having to deliberate between spending what you have on groceries or pain relievers). I take a small pin sized drop of RSO every single night to shut off the pain in my body and fall asleep. I'm not sure where you're located, but perhaps that may be something you'd like to look into. I'd love to hear about how you find apple cider vinegar to be helpful. Take care of yourself. I hope you feel better soon.

I just woke up one day, I was thinking of herbs and I'm from Africa,we believe in herbs, I cook, Herb's myself, and I started adding apple cider vinegar to it before drinking it,, but later realized drink alone the apple cider vinegar with warm water might work faster,so I started mixing 2 table spoon of Apple cider vinegar in half of glass of water to drink every morning, but I was boosting my immune system with strawberry fruit with honey, sometimes I take 1 table spoon of honey,I drink it,I used to have mouth ulcer and genetial, I used apple cider vinegar to rub my ulcer and within some days, it's gone since 2017 when I have my first break out and I was in hospital for 7 days, till now I haven't had another ulcer or breakout, because I'm able to manage it well, try it I want you to be happy and healthy again.

Thank Graciously, hope you are feeling better too...yes, it is very difficult, and health diet and exercise can help, my son has B.D. he too drinks apple cider vinegar like you do...we also eat Turmeric and we brush our teeth with Neem, herbal toothpaste available online, and leaves of Neem Tree, we also boil and the bitter tree kills bacteria of mouth, as since ancient times, people in India have brushing their teethwith Neem, please do research on this this Neem Tree via great youtube videos and great official research articles to learn more...Neem Leaf Extract when taken for small period of time is also helpful, it helps in place of flu shot, from what I have learned...Neem is known to have effect of strepccocous bacteria related to triger behcets...but please that you research and ask you doctor before you start ....good luck
