Colichicine
Nose bleeds can be common at your sons age. Dehydration and hot days will make his bleeds worse. My son ended up having his nose cauterised. Try not to worry but of course tell your doctor 😊
Hi my 14 year old daughter is on quiet a few medicines and IV to help control her BD and it's finally working after 6 years. She does suffer terrible nose bleeds and at times has looked like she should be in a horror movie. I have noticed that these bleeds are normally during the warmer seasons and when she has ulcers up her nose and in the sinuses. I would be having a chat with your GP as they can be hard to stop. My daughter is great with them now as she said she can normally feel a painful sharp tingle in her sinus, then she rushes to the bathroom out of sight. It can be a shock to those around them especially if it happens at school. I'm just wondering, does your son have ulcers on arms or legs that will all poor with blood at the same time? I know it sounds disgusting but my daughters do. Not as much now that she's been quite well for the past year.
