I can't seem to get enough sleep either, I have a very active three year old that doesn't let me stay in bed though lol. I also have to push myself to get out of bed every morning for work, thankfully I have a desk job or else I highly doubt I'd still be working. I've found that lots of water helps refresh me!
Good tip about the water.
