Thank you for this, really helpful. My son is due to have a colonoscopy at the end of March - they think its Behcets but they want to rule out IBD. He's having a really bad time at the moment, since beginning of year, one week without any ulcers

Is he on any medications? What can he eat? What has he been eating?

Great article thanks, but I'm surprised they left out Borreliosis. You can of course have both BD & Borreliosis together.

You can also have active CMV & BD.... or any other combination of active infections, active conditions along with BD.
