3rd Day at the hospital... Since Neuro-Behcet's is rare in the Philippines, the Doctors are still studying my case, How could I even recover if the doctors were still studying the disease?? I'm hopeless...

I have the same - it's rare here too and the doctors struggle to understand.

Its not easy, but you will slowly adjust to the changes your body throws at you.

Keep a positive outlook, don't become a victim to the disease and remember it can go as easily as it came.

Earlier this year,2015 they held a medical Conference in The Philippines on occular involvement of Behcets.

uveitisworkshops2015.com/ It gives some information about Doctors in that Country who have an interest in Behcets.

This is a lady Doctor who may be able to help with names of Doctors in the Philippines that have knowledge and interest in Behcets.

Hi Kiarrah! What hospital in the Philippines are you being treated at? I'm half filipina, might be moving there in the future but same as you I'm worried about the doctors there and their experience with Bechets.. I hope it gets better soon.
