Please see your doctor about that, and don't put it off. The only time my hands/arms get "numb" is when I'm sleeping/resting or in same position for too long. I have carpal tunnel in both and tennis elbow in my left arm. At night when going to bed, I look like the bionic woman! Let the docs assess you, possibly refer you on for proper diagnosis.

Good luck to you!

Hi Sam

I have the same problem with my legs and to a certain extent my arms. Have you had nerve conduction studies done?
