Has anyone used L-Lysine for oral ulcers? Did it help?

I've tried it as well, but it did nothing. I've struggled for many years w ulcers. Just started remicade, which is very scary, but ulcers have cleared completely food first time in three years. I can actually eat popcorn agai. I hope u find something that brings u relief
