scrotal conditions

Hello all.

Can you please advise what symptoms would be visible if I had

1. Hernia

2. Varocile

3. Epydititis

for the last 12 months my scrotum goes tight with standing or activity. Also my genitals at the same time can feel colder. It is not related to external temperature as it does this even indoors. If I sit or lie down for a period of time all returns normal and loose.

Thanks for your help
