hello,

For the last year my scrotum has started to go tight when standing or active. If I remain sat or lying down it’s ok. What can cause this?

Thanks

Is that not fairly normal? I’m often nude and my scrotum usually tightens when I’m active but otherwise it’s quite relaxed. Unless it’s cold!

it isn’t temperature related and up until a year ago it’s not something I have noticed.

The only time my scrotum seems loose is if in bath, lying down or sitting. Once I stand or become active it goes tight and mild discomfort. If I sit or lie down for a period it will return loose. Now if I know I’m going to be active I take ibuprofen which helps
