Battling Outbreaks

Hi everyone,

I suffer from outbreaks every once in awhile especially if I get sick. I only take valtrex as needed for the 3 days to suppress . Am currently in an asthma flare and already dealing with an outbreak and I need to take prednisone which usually gives me an outbreak. Not sure weather I should hold off on the valtrex till done with the prednisone or start taking it to help try to curb it from being too bad. It seems like an endless battle . Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
