So what exact tests did you have done ? Did you attend a sexual health clinic ?

Hi galen i visted a sexual health clinic they carried out a full sexual health screening

so did that include a swab into the tip of your waterworks so they could look down the microscope for inflammatory changes ?

No urine sample and blood tests

Then you have not had intraurethral microscopy done , which would be part of the basic assessment for a male with urethral symptoms if attending a sexual health clinic in the UK. Did you report that you had symptoms when you attended ? If inflammatory cells are seen, then in most clinics this would also prompt a mycoplasma genitalium test.

Regardless, if any male has negative sexual health screening and has ongoing symptoms, they should reattend the clinic in the first instance for further assessment.

Could be the detergent you use to wash your clothes causing irritation or even dyes in your underwear.

Is the burning at any time or on urination, and just after?

If the latter it could be cystitis (which is rarer in men than women) or simply that your urine is too strong because you don’t drink enough water.

Any time not at urination

Are you sure you don’t have thrush? It’s painful in men. But usually red and shiny too.
