Hey I don't know what I have and I'm really scared and can't go to the doctors right now because of covid -19

Hi Man, It looks quite inflamed. The doctors are still working so you should really phone them at least you may be able to send them a photo. Are you circumcised? it's hard to tell in your photo but it is quite inflamed and you really good have it assessed.

The photo appears to show a large red (and slightly scaly?) patch of skin on the underside of the penis. Can I ask if you have any pre-existing skin conditions like psoriasis or eczema?

OK, then can you describe if it's itchy or painful? And how long have you had it? Have you had it before? Sorry for these questions, but photos alone are rarely enough to provide a diagnosis.
