Hi, my doctor has recently switched my combined pill to another brand. They are both combined pills and have the same hormones in them. However I just finished my 4 day break (I am taking pills back to back for 9 weeks then I take a 4 day break). The pharmacist told me I would be protect straight away from when I start my new pill brand after my break. Everything else I read tells me the opposite.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I am currently on day 2 of the new pill brand after my break finishing.
