What are the chances of being pregnant in the fertile window, without condoms but using the pulling out method effectively?

In the fertile window, you have a slight chance of getting pregnant. The pulling out method is not as effective as you think. There is something we like to call pre-ejaculation. This fluid is released during sex before ejaculation and usually does not carry viable sperm however, it could sometimes have sperm in there and could end up getting you pregnant.
