Withdrawal bleed on the pill

So I've been on the pill for 7 years now after an accidental pregnancy which has made me incredibly paranoid. I take the pill religiously. I've been having my usual withdrawal bleeds, normal flow etc etc. But any small symptom during the month and I fear I'm pregnant even straight after my bleed. Would you still get the bleed if you were pregnant or is this definitely the way to say your not?

Hi sorry I don't know the answer, but I'm looking for the same answer :). I'm paranoid about getting pregnant too. I went with the combined pill, as i thought the period/withdrawal bleeding would give me the reassurance that I'm not pregnant. Can I ask if you use a back up contraceptive too? I'm going to start taking b.c. for the first time and I'm being paranoid before even taking them lol.
