Male climaxing pains

Hi there, I’m a young, gym going male, the sporty type, I don’t smoke or do any kind of drugs, but when I get towards or when I’m climaxing I get really bad sharp chest pains and giant headaches afterwards I’m concerned this is part of a bigger problem, any help? Should I see a gp? Or is this nothing to be worried about please help thanks
