Premature ejaculation

Hey,

I don't think i have premature ejaculation, but i always come before i want to, it usually only annoys me, not my partners. It happened after I started smoking.

Some websites say smoking does cause it, but others don't really mention it. I've been really stressed and tired lately and usually can't make it to round 2.

If anyone has had the same experience and overcame this issue I'd love to learn more about it. Thanks

Why don’t you stop smoking? As far as I am aware there are no health related benefits by continuing. Not to mention the effects on your bank balance.
