Thrush, vaginal problem

I m carrying burning , yellow discharge and itching 3 months now .. don't know this is thrush because of lockdown i called doctor she said thrush use cream i did after 2 moths again i called thy said use one week more after 3 months i called i went examine ..send. testing but same day before result she gave some suppositories 3 months i put 1 no change i put 2 not change but worse my vaginal more burning redness all 2 days after my period came so i don't know after 2 weeks i called again thy said the result came u don't have any problem all normal u don't need put any medicine or cream but i have still burning redness discharge please help me ..this is thrush or something 🙏

If you have these symptoms not responding to treatment I would contact your local sexual health unit.
