Outbreak not clearing up in a spot

I had an outbreak and it cleared up except one spot .what can I do about it, have had outbreaks and they cleared up but not the spot that hasn't healed

Yes herpes simplex, I have had it for over 35 years and just about two months had attack on testicles cleared up except one spot.

Most likely it isn't herpes simplex then. Without a pic its impossible to say.
